OK, two guys come walking up to my house...I'm a bathrobe naked litterally wearing leapord slippers.
My computer is in the living room at the moment so they zero in and see me here and think JACKPOT. So what do you do? Run and hide? HELL NO this is my house I don't havta hide from crackheads. Answer the door and listen to their speech about how my life sucks and they can make it better? Or simply go nuts.

Unfortunately I have a 4 yr old here and can't do anything really crazy but I simply opened the door about 1/2 an inch and said HEY, now get the hell out.

And he still had the !!freakin balls to tell me to have a good day AH man I can see them now, walking the cul-de-sac it makes me wanna get my beebee gun and comence to blasting. Not hurt them just scare them :) .

Um,
Besides ringing the doorbell, what did they do that was so bad?

It doesn't sound like they really did anything, I would rather have them come to the door as opposed to a salesperson trying to sell a vacuum or something. They won't leave when you say you're not interested, they keep trying and trying.

My experience with Mormons that come door to door, has been once you say you're not interested, they say have a good day and maybe leave a card or something and that's about it.

Yea but I mean if I wanted to become a mormon or wanted a vacuum cleaner I would go to them and get it.
I'm sitting here really comfy in my robe and slippers I don't really wanna do anything and yet I gotta get my lazy ass up and answer the door.

Its dangerous, I don't like them or their tactics

well i really hate the Jahovas witnesses... Jease no matter how many times you tell them that you are a Catholic or Christian they try to explain how they are better. And they travel in packs... I actually take the route of hiding most of the time or ignore them. The worst is when you are expecting a package from the Mail man and instead when the doorbell rings ur all happy and u see them, its like the worst feeling ever lol

hmm, maybe it's Jahovas witness I'm thinking of, that go door to door?
The ones with that wear suits right?

Either way, I usually just don't answer the door. I have a camera above my door that displays on the TV. So I always check before opening to see if it's someone I know or not.

You could always get a no soliciting sign too.

They usually dont care if u have one of those sign's at least where i live. But yea i think i need a camera and a tv too, It would come in handy when im home

I don't see the one I bought years ago, but it was a color camera too. I like it because it also pics up sound. If I turn the TV up, I can hear people talking all the way down the street :)

Both the Mormon's and Jehovah's Witnesses are door to door recruiters. Mormons wear black..they are the men in black on bicycles...

Jehovah's witnesses give out Lighthouse literature...stay away. I once had them at my door, so I told them there was no way I could be a Jehovah's Witness, they asked why, and I told them it was cause I had a motorcycle accident and need a blood transfusion. They said sorry for bothering me, and left, ne-er to return.

the JW's don't believe in blood transfusions...it means you are unclean before Jehovah.
