Hey man, I got 22 messages from you where we've been going back and forth for over a month over this crap.

I gave you the link to the manufactuer of the car and checked the place I bought it for 380ish. You were selling the orion 2100 for 225, I wanted 225 for the car. Even trade I suspose. I sent the car...you blew the amp, you were susposed to fix it and send the amp. Its been over a month man. I'm really sorry for everything thats happened to you but this is just rediculous. You said I scammed you because I lied about the car!? How do you lie about something when you put the manufactuer's website up? You said you'd send the car back..ok lets see I sent a 400 dollar R/C car to someone for over a month ..cost me 20 bucks to ship it..just to have them send it back?...

thats poor practice as far as I'm concerned. I've made a few post in Platty's asking people for advice and they keep saying wait and work something out. I'm sorry but screw that, a month of waiting is enough when I've already did 100% my end of the bargain and you've done 0% of your end. Really bothered me you came on replied to posts and left without responding to my PM's that I sent out 12-27-06 @ 02:08 AM. Waited a week for you to come on and nothing.

Sorry man that it has came down to this and it sucks don't get me wrong but I'm not getting scammed. I just want to be updated...a month is a long time and I feel like I'm getting the shaft.

i'm on your boat. this isn't half as bad but he's said several times that he's sending me a money order for my amp - don't get me wrong, he's not scamming me - but it i'd sure as hell like to know if i'm giong to get the money or not.. i could of put this on ebay weeks ago - but yeah.

I emailed Ivan about this situation.

It sounds sucky, especilly if the things thats been said have been happening to him.

Either way it goes I would like to see this resolved. Wether you just get your RC car back in acceptable condition, or her gives you the amp as described, or simply pays the $225 for the car.

WHile I sympathize with your situation, we cant allow this to turn into a big pissing match with everyones opinions. This can actually have a negative affect on this situation.

With that being said, I will let the original post stand, delete the filler and leave this one at the end.
