guys i first need all your help..i have a ps3 and i also want a new system..i spent 720$ on ps3...and idk..i want to enter comps..this year.. and i want a new system..at least subs and amp..now heres the big question..i can only get one..

ps3.VS 2 kicker s15l7's and 2 hifonics..amps prbly around 1600watts a piece.. (any other suggestions on compittion subs for spl. would be wonderful...)

well be4 i return it im gonna try to sell it outta my trunk.. lmao

so please all what u think

plus anyone kno anywayz to see where spl compittions are fr the state of illinois.

and some rules...thanks

why not use the hifonics atlas subs if your gonna use their amps......not that its a great reason to make a sub decision but the hifonics has a better rep for sound and durability than those kickers.

^^^ Agreed and you might be able to score a good deal off of Bill (BWcad1) on those Atlas subs

Jay, Qforms are bad...just be sure to use a smaller mid with them. They aren't made for 6.5" mids, they are for 5.25" mids and smaller. You won't win Nationals with them, but they will give you the look and sound you are probably hoping for.

Yea im gonna build them

i just hate making them, cause Fiberglass hates me! Lol well actually im just impatient with the whole sanding process... I am hoping for some better sound in my truck plus later on im gonna peel n' seal the entire truck cause i have road noise like a MF... lol Lots of stuff still needs to be done b4 i go to Mopar Nationals this year
