indo audio

anyone have experience with the ebay seller indo audio? i bought my amps from them recently and the tracking site has said "packing information received" since monday... now i don't know if all the sudden fedex has a huge delay in tracking updates, but if thats the case thats fine.. but if my amps are still with indo audio i'm giong to haev to rip someone's balls off and get my money back or something.. that shit doesn't fly my way, don't send me a tracking number unless you personally saw the package loaded onto a truck.

so yeah, anyone have any experience with them? i put it on my credit card, so if its fraudulent i beleive i can get my money back easily, plus, it was through paypal/ebay

ouch @ that thread. well hopefull things will turn out. i'm sure fedex is just slow because of the holidays, afterall, it does say it'll be here tommorow stil.. we'll see though.

The word on the street is this. "Indo Audio" is not a store. Its run by a kid out of his parents garage.

I guess things were going really good at one point. Some shit happened, and its been questionable since.

Im having a very similar problem Keith.

My package got a next day express label printed out on the 19th. Now Im no mathmetician, but I know its been over 24Hrs... Why would they pay for 24 hour shipping and print a label on the 19th if they aint gonna mail it till??? idiots!

well looking at their feedback for the past month.. like 20 negative, 40 neutral, and 1400+ positive.. so looks ilke they fuck up a few people's. hopefully i'll get my amps tommorow, but it doesn't look ilke it. i'm filing a claim tommorow night, will call tommorow afternoon though. i don't care if he's running out of his moms garage or if he's some huge corporation, its up to him to make sure i get my shit... if he can't handle it, he's in the wrong business.

When did they say they shipped?

You do realize what time of the year it is?

All shipping companies right now are backed up. Dont be surprised if you dont get it until next week sometime...

well.. package data received on the 18th... estimated delivery date thet 22nd... but the stie hasn't changed.. its like he paid for the shipping but hasn't dropped the packages off.

it could be that fedex is like usps.. gives ou all that data after you receive it. when i ship with USPS i don't get any info other than the information is received until after i get the package.

i ordered a 2gau wiring kit from them, my credit card cleared on dec 8th, still waiting for it to ship out. after emailing the guy he said they are 'backed up' and gave me 20$ store credit and said id have it soon. heres the email

so its definitley not good news to here other people are having problems too, i was hoping it was an isolated incident, but now im thinking i need to consider talking to ebay... after reading the above posts
