USAA can kiss my butt. I can't stand them people. They wouldn't let me get full coverage on my S10, "cause I had an after market stereo"

I asked the lady why I paid them for house insurance if they didn't cover when my house got screwed up. Her answer was "Well at the moment we are not sure whats going on with your home, Once a plumber comes out and assesses the situation we'll be able to determine if you can open a claim with us at that time." I'm like wtf? Why can't ya'll pay for the plumber...again I give you money for what? ...No answer the lady simply said Let us know what you find out. Really nice as far as attitude goes just didn't tell me what I wanted to hear.

Yanno what ya do? Take the hit call the plumber. Take care of it.

Then call them back and cancel your policy and get insurance elsewhere

Yea I have someone coming out at 8am tommorow morning. They're going to give me an estimate and hopefully it won't cost me an arm and a leg. I'm really hoping its just the main line is clogged and it'll take less than 15-20minutes.
