heres the thing, accidents happen, as long as you are not doing something that could knowingly put other people in harms way, such as not wearing eye protection and getting all teary eyed and unable to see and running into the back of a minivan.....it should be your choice about the helmet because you wearing a helmet does nothing to provide additional protection to the people in the minvan while proper eye protection does.....
