SEM Vinyl And Plastic Color Coat

Post by Chris from Washington »

Anyone ever use their plastic paints before?

I found the new carpet I want, it's called 'Graphite' but looks like a really dark charcoal.

So now, need to paint all the interior pieces (blue won't work :p )

So what Im thinking is doing the plastics a medium to dark grey. Not quite as dark as the new carpet is going to be.

Just wondering if anyone has ever used their stuff before, and maybe if anyone knows of a good place to buy it from.

How do you prep the plastic before painting?

The more searching I do, the more products from SEM I see they say to use before painting?

The SandFree they sell to help it stick sounds good, but what else?

I would, but they don't have the color I want in the fusion. I want a darker grey, and they only have a light grey :(

Plus from everywhere I'm reading SEM is the way to go for plastics. Very durable if you do it right. So I want to make sure I do this right :)
