No luck on new news... except that I can't get legal assistance because I make too much (just found that out a few minutes ago)

I'm gonna try to call the cities attorney on monday and see if I can cut a deal... This is how it will sound: Tell ya what, I'll pay the note with a signed document that I relinquish the property to the city, so I have no more legal ties to it.
Sucks that I have to come down to this, but damn.
I'm sure my kids will understand that Christmas will not be as good to them this year.

Well if you start now you could start a bean and egg diet and every time you have to take a crap go over there and do it and by the time summer hits and it gets hot it will be nice and stinky :P

If it somewhere nice, I might be interested. It might get an asphalt yard (in place of grass). But hey, do whatever it takes, right?

You got it... they didn't see anything, and the cop says sorry nothing more we can do for you, but we got it on record.
And although I do like the idea of the concert to piss off the locals... You gotta get permits for somethin like that and with this being inner city Toledo... that would never fly.

Well, I'd do something to sabotage the yard so the neighbor couldn't drive through it... unless he bought it.

Lots of sharp things flatten tires.

I'd just ask you to throw a bunch of nails and "hazardous area" signs up everywhere
"no trespassing" also..

Actually, better than nails would be black plumbing pipe... just a couple feet long.

Take maybe 20 or 30 of them and hammer them into the ground so that they stick up about 8" out of the ground...

Put a huge sign that says
"This property has been sposored by Cac"
and we'll all just donate a few dollars to weak havoc!!!

I bet someone would buy it for the amount owed/taxes just to get it off your back. Maybe not also, it is a rough area
