What sould i do help !!!

Post by DanTheMan2 »

I want to Instal a sound deadner in my car and was considering FatMat but then upon further research i found that some studies say it's no good... mainly due to heat resistance ... i live in northwest pa and it never gets to hot here . Have any of you ever used this product or know anyone who has i want to hear from someone who has used it !!

Thax !!

I used to say eDead was good, but it isn't. I am in the middle of redoing my trunk, and the eDead I put on a few years back I can literally just peel right off. Stay away from eDead as well.

that sucks.

sign up at the secondskin forums for a decent discount.. you can get pretty good deals from SS.

if you get the secondskin paste or liquid deadener (Great stuff!) get something that you can use to apply it evenly and smoothly... the way i have it... its pretty ugly :>

You can also try peel-n-seal you can pick up a $13, 25ft roll at lowes. So far what I have put on, works great.

If you sniff it like coke, you can get high ya, but other then that I didn't smell a thing. And I've had some pretty hot days here....
