"Pretty sweet ride"
I really hate to criticize, since I'm a big lowrider fan, actually... and in a lot of ways, I'd have fun with that car, for sure.
But that's not a "pretty sweet ride"
Look at that car. It's a big four door "something unimportant from the eighties". It's got a factory plated tin rocker panel, for christ's sake.
Sure, it has hydraulics... that WOULD be cool in another car - maybe even THAT car, if it were a coupe, and had some custom work done to the outside, so it looked a little more special than my neighbor's $400 winter beater.
4 door cars, especially that vintage, look awkward - or at a minimum "less than a custom platform" by most people's regard. I haven't seen a copy of Lowrider magazine that had a four door cover car. Same goes for Hot Rod, Super Street, etc.
With the money the guy spent IN the car, it makes you wonder why he'd start with THAT CAR?
Personally, if I had a 4 door car that I was looking to customize, very early on in the customizing process, I'd shave at least the rear door handles, and suicide the rear doors so that at least it would look like I selected a 4 door car on purpose for a custom platform, rather than "I just tricked out what I had, dood"... :happy055:

yea hes white....and geo, i think you underestimate the popularity of the 4 dr. caprice amongst the urban population, since that car has been at the garage all the regular homies that tend to roll through have been pumped about it, saying they been wanting that body of car, i got one customer who even bought the wheelsfor the car he doesnt have yet, oh and all the rockers are on order being replaced with chrome pieces, the owner is a tattoo artist at the most popular shop in town and has the expendable cash to do what he wants with it.....4 doors are definitly making a comeback in the hood down here, everyone wants these things, or the oldsmobile or buick variety of them.....
