Some bad times :(

Post by ZeroAccess »

I sent this to a radio station if anyone else can maybe help out let me know.
My cell # is at the bottom

Were in Atlanta, Georgia in case your wondering (roughly atlanta..I mean its west of atlanta)

A co-worker of mine a few months ago was evicted from his mobile home that he was renting out. He had to move quickly so jumped into an apartment. He never wanted to have to deal with it again so therefore he decided that he would purchase a home. He found a double-wide trailer and purchased it for him and his family. While moving his stuff someone had broken into his arpartment and stole all the christmas presents and other stuff that he had left at the arpartment so that he could hide it from his family. On December third (today) I just found out that his wife was in the hospital and that their new home had been burned down. He unfortunately did not even have insurance on it because he just bought it. I invited him to stay with me but fortunately her (his wife) father lives near by and they are staying with him. His family has no clothing, supplies, anything! I do not know what else to do, I already tried calling so many people but at 8pm its difficult. OH!! and to make matters worse! His wife will be having a daughter I believe induced on the 21st (may be wrong on date). So yea..one boy thats a 16 months old and a daughter thats what negative 17 days old o_O? He's hurting and I want to be able to help him anyway possible.

Tell ya what,

PM me your address and a link to something the 16 month old would like from Wal Mart. I got about 40ish on a gift card still, so I will just order it and send it to you.

Just keep it safe :)

Oh ya, you thread lurkers, the 30 people that looked at this with no reply. You suck.

Step up and give the kid a christmas. Even if it is only a $10 toy or something of the sort.

Look at your system... WHats $10?

Ryan, PM sent.

His list includes
Old audio equipment...caps, alternators, stuff like that.......
Amps are a big plus @ 16months he realizes the difference between Pyle and USAmps so don't be getting skimpy here lol

All kidding aside guys, I really really really didn't think people would ...donate anything was just posting this to try and get some more ideas as far as helping them out. I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart if you have the ability to donate if not I 100% understand. I'm trying to get them a place to stay and some money so that they can go and buy a few small things. I'm really strapped for cash too and I'm hoping I can give manual labor or something instead of money but I talked to my mom and she's gonna ask ppl from her work also. I'm really hoping just to give the boy and soon to be born girl clothing and a few toys. I'm fairly certain I'll get them clothing from the local places here. Darthness by NO means do I think anything by not being able to help out I 100% understand. Ideas are a great thing too.

I'll try and find out his size...girls size will be I dunno whatever the heck infants wear in case someone has some old cloths they can donate. I'll pay for S&H if that becomes an issue.

Darthness dude,

$10 :) Come on, next time your at Wal Mart pick the kid a little something up.

Im probably poorer than either of you at the moment. But I try to do a good deed once a year around Christmas. This seems to fit the bill.

I got the kid a jacket and an outfit, $42. About half of what I spent on my kid.
