Ok, I had this cd-player in my car when I bought it, I thought it was an ok cd-player at the time. Well, being Xmas I have to make a list of crap I want and was wondering if I should keep this cd-player. I never knew the stats till JUST now. The 2volt preouts are kind of crappy as I'd like to upgrade to 4 volt preouts and I really dont like the EQ options as I think Pioneer has a better EQ choice. I'm just wondering though this is a good working never had any problems cd-player and should I keep it a while longer or sell it and get me another one?

Don't sell a HU just because of preout voltage. The only advantage will be you get to keep your gain down with 4v. There is usually no audible difference. If the Sony does what you want, and there are no problems with it, then no reason to waste money on a new deck. If the EQ options aren't enough, then look at a seperate in dash EQ.
