pioneer 7800mp doesnt read all mp3's

i just bought this head unit and when i try to play mp3 discs half the songs dont show up....at first i had them in folders and it seemed like it got halfway down the list of each folder and then stops listing them...so i made one with no folders...it had 107 songs on it and only 57 showed up....ive moved the files around( like the songs that didnt show up to the front) and they work but still miss half the other ones...i put the disc in the computer and all the files show up....anyone know whats up?

are you SURE they are .mp3?

100%....like i said...if i burn a new cd....put the songs that didnt show up first it will display them but then it wont show the rest of the songs

i had the same problem with my 8400mp it can only read certain speeds/ bit rates.

will one song keep it from reading whatevers after it?...cause if i move songs that dont show up to the top of the list before i burn them they show up...is there a way to solve this problem?

My 7700 won't read them if they are protected files.

figured out my problem...my burning program was f-ed up.....burned it just using windows to send the file to the disc and it works tits now...thanks for the help
