nintendo wii

not sure how many gaming fans we have around here..not even sure if i'm one, but i'm deffinitel considering getting the nintendo wii.. just wondering who else is?? its $250, comes with the controllers and a few of the basic games like every system.

looks like its going to be a great system, and i like the price tag. it'll be more availble than xbox 360 and ps3 as well. i belive ps3 is already on its way to being sold out. hopefully i'll be able to get the wii and madden or something that i can lay without too much work, lol.

I'm not really a huge gamer, but i would like to have the option availble if i ever get bored like i am right now :)

I want to play one and try out the weird controller to see if I like it, before considering buying one.

I will, however, buy a ps3 when the crazy dies down after its released on my birthday. probably won't be til early next year, but I want to use my PSP with it.

Anyone willing to pay $600 for a video game system is nuts.

That being said, I will be buying a Wii on release day along with Zelda TP. There should be no problem gettigone since Nintendo is releasing over 1 million units on release day. No shortages like 360 and PS3 had/will have.

Anyone hear about the PS3's they releasedoverseas? HUGE problems with them lol

I pre-ordered two PS3's two weeks ago...well actually about 12 days ago. I have a buddy at Best Buy who got me the hook up. My son is going to be stoked! I bought one for him on Christmas, and one to sell on Ebay.
I just got him the PSP and he loves that, he will shit a big turd and say I love you to his dear ol Dad...will look something like this

lol.. i thought about getting a ps 3 to sell on ebay. that'd be nice towards a downpayment on a car :)

but im just going with the wii a game... maybe someone should buy my sqx's so i can besure i can get the wii :)

The problem is, there isn't going to be enough PS3's to fulfill all preorders. The shortages are so bad that they are talking like 2 PS3's PER STORE. So unless you were the first to preorder, you are probably screwed.

well I would bet I can get one from his store. I pre-ordered very early in the day....

let's just say I am pretty sure I will get at least one. If I get one, then it is off to ebay I go.

Any details on problems, or news reports or anything you could give? I'm just interested to see.

its not the first time i've been called nuts.

some people would consider someone who pays $700+ on front car speakers nuts too. its all relative.
