Ok...I just posted in the wrong forum...but here is the original post in Product Review!

Ok...so I haven't gotten the product, although I have ordered it 10 days ago. The shipping labels are still sittin on the rack. Joey has tried to get them to overnight it to him, they said they couldn't eat the shipping on it. I am thinking WTF!!!!!! This is a million dollar corporation and they can't eat as little as 100 bucks for overnight shipping???? BULLSHIT!

From his (Anthony at Second Skin) reaction to Joey's call, his non-chalant attitude is about to kill me. I will use his product, but I WILL NOT order from him again! This is completely ludicrous! If I could get a refund, then I would, but they don't give refunds on that product. So I am stuck to fend for myself to get some dampner or wait 3 days to receive it.

We will see what Joey is able to do for this transaction. I am not mad at Joey, it is clearly their (Second Skin) fault. They didn't ship my order with the rest of Joey's order.

From my short-lived experience with Second Skin, I am sure their product is excellent, but their service sucks a big dick! Now I only have 3 weeks to get my car done! I just can't see it happening! DAMNIT!!!!! :

Either way I just talked to joey, and they didn't ship my stuff either. I was going to let you have it till yours comes in, but that aint going to work.

I do have 1/2 a bulk kit (in germany) it would help, but I don't know how fast it would get there.

If you do want it say the word. I will drop it in the mail tommorow and ship it the fastest way I can (usps express) unless its just way to expencive. I would sugest priority, but that will take 7 to 10 days, and I know thats to long.

Either way let me know, I am sure we can work something out.

Everything was ordered at the same time, only the two shop packs of damplifier pro didn't arrive. After three days of calling secondskin, I finally get anthony saying he doesn't know whats going on and he will look into it and call me as soon as he finds out....3 hours later I call and he says "oh yeah your boxes didn't get labeled, I found the labels laying on the table" WTF!!? He then tells me that a new batch was getting made and he would ship them out first thing tomorrow. After talking to Joe I called him back and requested he next day air them to make up for the mistake, he says he couldn't just eat that 100 bux in shipping..WTF?!!? He then says he can do three day shipping, well ok whatever. The shitty thing about it is that he knows the entire situation with Joe going to the finals and the need for him to hurry it to us, which he said he would definitely do.

What I think happened is because they odviously ran out of damplifier pro(making a new batch) that he went ahead and sent what he had left to his bigger spending customers and left me hanging. Thats what I believe happened, and I can kinda understand that....if your an asshole!! He told me he would rush it, but the fact that I am not in any way a big time customer of his, it was all just talk. Maybe I am wrong, but thats how I am reading him. He is a good talker and could sweet talk most people I am sure, but if I don't hear what I should be hearing tomorrow "shipped it this morning".....well.....I probably will not be the only one he will hear from, right joe?

Get me his number, and I will give him a piece of my mind. Better yet, I will post this thread to all who care! Right now, I have heard that Second Skin Damplifier Pro is excellent stuff...too damn bad their service sucks the big one. Shipped out today...bullshit. It better be here before Friday or I will be calling his ass bitching him out personally!

So either they just kinda messed up and didnt ship it out with the other order (accident?) ir they ran out and are making new?

I can understand why they wont ship it overnight at their expense. SOund Dampner isnt the lightest thing nor the smallest package... I bet it would cost over $100, probably the cost of the product.... Although I understand your time frame... But business being business, and money making the business I can see why he didnt.

Sucks for you truly. Sucks for him also. As now hes faced with loosing $$$ or possible buisness due to bad PR...

Lastly, I wouldnt be so sure its a million dollar or multi million dollar company... I just dont imagine them selling that much sound dampner. Maybe IM wrong though...

Its the way Anthony handles things that pisses me off, like its never a big deal. Anyways, we will see what they say, have to wait a bit due to time zone.

wow sorry joe. i hope you get in time, joey told me about the situation on the phone if i can im going to come up and help you put it in with joey it all depends on which day that you get it and put it in. ill keep calling joey to see if it has come in yet
