With 10000 watts of continuous power will 180 dB finally be achieved legally this year?

Well i don't have to worry about it cuz i'd never in a million years need a 10,000 watt rms amplifier.

Yea...thats probably 10,000 watts at 14.4 volts. And you would need a few alternators just to power that thing. Its probably not very efficient either. I wouldnt really trust the 10,000 watt rating.

Yea i bet it is at 14.4 volts. lol a few alternators thats for sure. Amps of that nature don't seem to be efficent at all. I don't know much about amps such as this one so i'm not going to say much more. I don't think any of us would need an amp like this, unless maybe competing or something :/.

Well, we are in the "Competition Corner"

So no, this amp would not be suited for daily use. Its finest hour will be the few seconds spent in the dB Draggers.

And as for its efficiency and actual power output, that remains speculative. As their complete specs have not been made online to the public yet and I do not belive HiFonics have begun shipping these to dealers and competitors.

If i had the money, it'd be a cold day in hell before I would spend 10 grand on a 10kwrms Hifonics amp. So much more power can be had for much less.
