garage

Post by Bwcad1 »

Hey guys well my lease on my garage/warehouse I was using is up and I don’t plan on renewing it because Im getting out of the retail business. But Im in need of a garage or something similar that I can test and work on my cars in. (neighbors have been getting pissy lately.) I have no idea how to even start a search for something like that so Im looking for ideas. Where can I search what to look for? I also want to store most of my tools and equipment there so it has to be decently safe.

Check out the storage rental places, some of them allow work to be done there.
I know one guy that runs a detail and pressure washing business out of one and the fees are dirt cheap compared to shop rental.

I would recommend the same thing as cargodz did. Also, check your local paper, some guys rent out garages and provide power.

Rent a spot at the local airport.

Also move the cities deaf population out there to those homes...

Carty's the man. Moving deaf people out to the airport is something I would say to be sarcastic, but he was dead serious. Wonder how he likes that $20,000 bathroom, sorry I mean two easy payments of $9,999.
