i would rather spend the 2 million and have my Cuda' it is the definition of what Muscle Car meant... and nothing will ever say that no matter how much hp it has.... BTW I love the Veyron lol hehe but there is some new Electric car out there these days that goes pretty fast as well... not as fast as the Buggatti but its all electric with instant torque lol

to me, there's just something about a ferrari that is so goddamn sexy. like this lil guy. almost vette/viper reminiscent from the hood. and functional rear flying buttresses...

Man, this went from me talking about my dream car to car pictorama. My dream car would be an over blinged car, which is why I would put 20s on it, and not race it.

well now you're making some sense.. well, sorta.. haha you just prefer the car to look funny.. not actually perform.
the sad part is though, that the SS was made to be a performance sleeper.. then again I'm very anti-rice (including domestic rice) so I really hate pointless blingy junk like massive rims and 15 series tires, body kits and ironing board wings, neon paint and all that. Form is good, but not over function, to me.
just different tastes.

anyway as equested:

No, I would never rice it out like that as in putting body kits or whatnot on it. The car in my mind looks awesome, which is why I want it. I would just chrome it out.

Wolf it is hard to deny though the performance capabilities of some of the rice rockets out there...

Aka Skyline, supra, GT3000, RX 7, Lancer Evo, Tommy Kaira Z... all are very fast and have those body kits and wings to make them more functional...

I know a guy in my town that has a 95 Supra that has a huge turbo on it (used to be twin) Wing Forced induction u name it... He has about 560hp at the rear wheels!! The thing is a beast!

I mean i hate those lil Civics with the suped up exteriors with no performance and a fartcan muffler, its the guys who actually do some serious upgrades that get my attention.

BTW ill see if i can get a pic of that guys car when im back in town i think he might actually be the son of a car importer cause i have seen him rolling around in, NO JOKE, a 911 Porsche Carrera GT2... yea the prototype one that never made it to production... Only saw it once but damn it was nice...

Skyline- way overhyped, and not as fast as they should be for all the power they can be built to.
I saw one with 800HP.. made it half way down the strip before it asploded and died. you can keep your rb26dett, thanks. high strung twin turboed engines are fail for reliability, and getting the frame stiff enough on a skyline to mke it decently handle, is a ton of work already.
supra- the poopra is a pretty car, but fat car is faaaaaat. They weigh too much, and again, aren't as fast as they should be. like I said before.. what do a 300, 500, 900, and 1100 horsepower supra all have in common? 11 second quarter-miles.
GT3000- the 3000GT is the worst of them for weight.. the electronics of the VR4 were horrid and the AWS and AWD controls would fail often, as would the turbo engines. Crank walk anyone? Again, pretty car, fail for FWD on everything but the VR4
RX 7- oh god don't even get me started on rotaries.. only good RX7 is an FD with a built LS1 under the hood.
Lancer Evo- decent performance, ugly as whale ass.
Tommy Kaira Z- not a production vehicle, too heavy, but nice looking and decently fast.

those body kits and wings to make them more functional...
hahaha no, they aren't. most of those cars will never see speeds to make the wings functional (120MPH? doubt it) and most of them are bolted onto FWD Civics. Do I even need to go into why that's made of total fail?
As for teh body kits.. 200lbs of plastic and fiberglass only add weight. nothing more. Most of them actually add drag, in fact. Very VERY few body kits do anything to improve air flow directionality, and even if they do, they require the underside of the car be prepped with a deflector as well, which is rarely if ever done properly. Face it. All the body kits you see on cars on the raod are put on there by clueless 17 year old F&F fanbois who've never set tire on a track, and likely never will. They have no grasp of how to really build power or performance, and just slap all their bolt-ons onto the car to look cool.
Remember, all the stickers add at least 50HP!
refer to myths about car performance thread, please.
