Glad everything is back up. My girlfriend went to get on the the net and CAC is the homepage. She calls me freaking out thinking that someone hacked into her computer. LOL I was like "try another site". Which it worked fine, she was freaking out for a minute though. I got a laugh out of it. But glad to see nothing has been lost and we are back up and running. :sm29:

I was on, then got off and was on another message board for about 3 minutes when William IM'ed me...

It was a bad feeling there for a second. I logged into FTP and it appeared that everything was still on the server so I was somewhat relieved. Then I started checking my site and noticed it was there, just the index file was changed. SO I reloaded that file and all was good.

oh ya, I was just reading a thread and hit refresh and that white page appeared. I about freaked out too!

But then I did pretty much the same as Ryan, and was able to get it fixed.

I emailed Rick James, and he told me how it happened. Another one of their customers were running an image upload script, and the hacker was able to get in through that somehow.

All the sites on our server ended up like that!!

They've removed that customers site for now, and hopefully it doesn't happen again.

never realized just how many index.php files there are. You should be able to login as your old profile now.
