4 channel amp question
quick question about bridging a 4 channel amp. would hooking up a component set to a 4 channel amp, with each going to a bridged channel (left to the front two channels, right to the back two) , lose stereo out? in other words, would you now have a mono channel coming from both? just something i've been wandering and havent been able to find without asking.

Most amps are setup to have a mono channel in the fronts and rears. Basically, just take a single RCA pair and split it where the left fills either the front or rears and the right vice versa.
That way you will use both bridged channels. Does that make sense?

That's how I've been running my five channel amp. Two channels bridged to right, two bridged to left and the sub channel of course running the sub. However, as soon as I get my doors fixed (which I'll be working on again soon), I'll be running active with tweets on two channels, mids on two, and again, sub on it's channel.
