Actually, the Xtant sub is an excellent sounding sub, would be a great first sub for someone's system. It can get loud, not SPL sub loud, but louder than my Focal, and sound sweet doing it. Basically I would say the Xtant is more like the JL w6v2 series rather than a w7 series.

Good good thanks Joe lol no one wantted to say anything to that lol. But yea the only thing that ppl should make sure to do when buying one is to actually buy the Hexoganal designed sub not the circular one with a Hexoganal shap to the cone... The price difference is pretty noticable and the sound is second to none as far as what you get

How are the autotek line of subs. I know their amps are great. The subs used to be great, are they still? Price range on the street machines seem very reasonable. Looks like a good sub for small spaces.

What would they compare to as far as a ported street machine? An assassin, kicker comp?
