I have a friend who has been working at hardee's for the 3 or 4 years. He actually enjoys his job, he took all the little promotions he could and now he's the manager and is make semi decent money.

Once you turn 21, you can get a second job bartending or waiting tables at a weekend night club. Your weekends aren't really trashed since you're around a lot of people having fun and you get to hit on women all night 
. I did that for a little while, had a blast 
Of course that's if you have a weekday job. At the time I was on a 3/4, 4/3 schedule, meaning Sun-Tue on my short week and Sun-Wed on my long week. Then Fri and Sat at the club. Worked out nice.
