I picked up a new notebook in Tacoma

When I was at the BX on base, I saw a noebook I liked and decided to get it. It's a good one if anyone is shopping for a notebook. I'd recommend one of these if it's in your budget and fits your needs.

all in all a pretty decent notebook.
pivked up some noise-cancelling headphones with it as well.

Thats a nice laptop!! I personally am loyal to amd, they are more reasonably priced for comparable speed, but nothing against intel. I am also in the market for a new notebook. Just haven't found the right one yet, plus I was dead broke for about the last month, just recovering from that :p

BX huh, dang AF brats.

Actaully I got my last laptop from the BX here. Price wan't to bad, and the tax free thing never hurts.

i got a HP dv5135 or somethign... amd turion (sp?) 64bit ml-34, 100gb hard drive, combo drive w/ lightscribe, wireless, 128mb dedicated video ram.

how much did u pay for that kiki. sounds like a good notebook. im getting tired of my heavy, thickass, horrible battery,dell.
