Wow... talk about reviving an old thread (over 1 year old); I still haven't ordered any of the US Amps stuff, even though I'm a dealer now... so any old input you have would be helpful ;)

Well I bought his MD2 off him and that mumma bubby is one of the best amps I've ever had..... :) if that says anything. Their old stuff rocked since it was in the US, now overseas, not as good as it was, but it will still rock your jock.

I was wondering how the new stuff was. I know that thew xterminator lines are made in korea(?) now. THe merlin series look pretty nice. I live about 25 min from the old Us Amps factory, it used to be in Gainesville,FL. You could go and walk around check out the build, bullshit with the guys, it was pretty cool. But I haven't had a US AMp since those days.. BTW Devin, I am now the owner of the SX 18 you sold to Glen. Curious to finally get my hands on a RE products and see what a SX 18 can do :thumbsup

they claim their stuff is still built in the US but i dont know for sure. I had an md2 paired with that SX18. it was a pretty good match. i would stay away from their lower line.

I did some research on the Xterminator line, I believe there made in Korea. How'd that sx 18 sounds with the md2d? What size box did you have it in? I'm building a 7.5ft3 @33 hz, sound like it'll work?
