Well I have been here for a good bit now… just never ended up putting my bio here!
My name is Steve. I’m a 17 year old senior in high school. I live about an hour and a half away from NYC so I guess it would be considered “upstate” to some. Next year I plan on going to Penn state if I can somehow find some more scholarship money. I would go there for either/ both nutrition/public health (I would go for the administration of a health center aspect). I have about a week to decide whether or not to sign my life away, go there, and be in dept up to my ass for a good portion of my life.
As you see my username is veggie-man… I got this nickname from some of the people I work with because I have been a solid vegetarian for about 7 years now (animal rights/environmental reasons). Haha don’t worry I’m not a weirdo member of E.L.F. or A.L.F. or anything. Really when I tell people I’m a vegetarian they don’t believe me and think I’m lying so by no means am I THAT weird.
Well now to go from being a vegetarian to car audio… I have always been interested in car audio ever since my brother got a system in his car. His system really sucks but still got my excited to ride in the car with him because we could pump the music loud! So about 5 years later when I could drive and afford the insurance payments and car payments I decided I can finally get a system! I have gone through a few systems because what I did was buy systems from my brother’s friends (who were tired of them) for cheap. Then sell them to kids in my school for 100 bucks more, I know I’m an asshole. But anyway just a few weeks ago I put in my own system, a D3 12 inch sub with a D3 amp. I’m quite happy with it.
Enjoy!

Welcome Steve, I too like veggies, although it is Veggie Tales. My kid grew up on them. It would be difficult to be a vegetarian in my family, my brother is an Angus Beef Rancher. But I respect the committment you have.
