Cutout Diameter
this is the size of the opening they need to cut for the subs.
a 12" sub doesn't always mean a 12" hole in the box.
the speaker should have a template, or offer an opening size for a box.

Subwoofer Mounting Depth
this depends on if the sub is mounted from inside or outside the box.
this is the depth, in inches, from the edge of the box to the back most part of the speaker magnet. pretty self-explanatory.
This is used to determine the minimum depth of the box while still allowing for proper spacing between the speaker itself and any adjascent panels of the enclosure.

Subwoofer Displacement
the amount of air the speaker displaces. this has to be subtracted from the gross box volume to determine the net volume.

Recommeded Internal Volume
Sealed box: 2 cu. Ft.
Ported box: 3 cu.. Ft.

the TS specs are all explained in the FAQ section as well.

they can get all the info they need from power acoustik if this is for a pair of FUBR subs.
the information is widely available. They are very common subs, and handing them the TS spec sheet should give them everything they need.
If they can't figure out the box dimensions from that info, they have no business building boxes.
