Ok...seems i have a lot less money than i thought i did. Now, my current audiobahn amp is 300x2 at 4 ohm. It shouldnt bother (hurt) the amp to just have one channel be driven, correct?

Sorry, ill clarify here.
I will be getting 2 12" RE subs. They are 175 RMS, dual 4 ohm. So, to not overpower them, i would need to run my amp on one channel, since its 300x2 at 4 ohms.
Yes or no?

OK I think I see something,
dual 4 ohm coils???
Why not wire both subs at 8 ohms and hook the amp to then that way. If its rated at 300/2 at 4 ohm then that would be 150 a chanel at 8 ohm.
Either way, I wouldn't hook just one side of the amp up. I don't really think that would be good for it.

Hmm...wonder why i didnt think about that. Considering i did something similar with my L7. I ran it mono, but at 8 ohms.
Thanx for the tip! This should save me some money right now.
