if you knew about the legality of this misinformation, you would email the admins and mods and have them delete it

there are reasons why im posting this

its personal family legal issues, and i wouldnt want his career jepordized because someone who KNOWS NOTHING about what we are doing, is speaking complete lies

once again, this is a public forum, and this isnt a debate about caps or if an Alpine headunit has sub outs or not---your talking about someones livelyhood, and information could be taken the wrong way and really screw with some legal issues still going on at this time--if you want to continue this, feel free to email me at [email protected]

you obviously dont have children, and you dont understand custody battles or what this is really concerning--legal issues im speaking about, arent towards this forum or anyone on it-it is about custody battles for his children-misinformation that is on here could POSSIBLY be used against him in court, thats all--this isnt about car audio, this is about his children-im not trying to start a fight, im trying to help out my friend/coworker

i simply stated that the info was wrong, im sorry if you dont like it

i have PM'd the person responsible for starting this

I guess Im not seeing how any of this information can affect a custody battle he may or may not be having.

If you care to correct the information that would be nice. Seeming you know the real deal and the original poster only knows this person also? Likewise if the information is corrected then it does not break the rules. I believe the original poster presented the information to be correct to his knowledge.

Its just really hard to try and have credibility to being who you say you are with an @yahoo.com e mail. Especially since I just read and article with your name in it... Hopefully you can see where Im coming from.

Furthermore it sounds like when your talking legal your talking about some actions towards this board. If the need arises I will have our forum Layer have a look at it and see if we are into a Slander type situation. I dont see it though...

not only that but how did you know this was even a topic here? ALL of your posts are concerning this issue. If you are who you say you are are you just drumming up publicity for your show maybe? And the forum rules say "knowingly false or misleading information". if your intention was to clear that up you have done so. thanks for stopping by.

btw. i know that comment wasnt directed at me but i have been through the court systems espescially concerning custody and know exactly the kind of concerns you have and i dont know the particulars but i doubt any of this will ever be an issue...

1. Cabe saw it on a Google Search
2. Im asking for a mod to DELETE the thread, so your publicity therory is out
3. I can assure you i am, who i say i am
4. And yes i also co-own my own forum, and if a situation arose like this one, you can be sure the mods would delete it (as a reference and not to direct anyone to this said forum, it is soundillusions)
5. I have had to fly to Indiana to appear in court on his behalf already once, and maybe your right, its quite possible this wont be of any concern, but there is a slim chance that info could be used, and it could be detrimental to the case
6. ill pm the co-owner about the case, and if he chooses to delete it, then so be it, if not i see where your compassion is for a 4 year old little girl
7. having a yahoo account isnt that big of a deal in my eyes, if you want the main one, here goes:

8. I would like to think that this forum would make the right choice, and just delete the thread, its pretty simple.
