audiobahn or alpine?

Whats better? An amp from alpine with bigger power or an amp from audiobahn with slightly less power? They cost the same. Can't decide which to be honest...help me!

Alpine over Audiobahn by a mile IMO.

How much power are you talking about? To much then you'll have to upgrade your electrical system too. Yes alpine by a mile.

Its either 2 X 225W from Audiobahn or 2 X 300W from Alpine. RMS

I ended up buying the audiobahn as I got it for $310...not bad???

I wouldnt pay more than $75 for anything Audiobahn...

audiobahn sells low priced, cheaply made products with a total lack of business ethics. If you can get past that, you'll have a lovely overly chromed amplifier to impress all of your highschool friends with who know nothing about quality audio..

personally I'd have gotten the Alpine without a second thought.
numbers don't tell you everything about the quality of an amplifier.

ya know i only have experience with one piece of audiobahn equipment and that was an amp that a friend of mine installed to run his orion xtr 10's. it did an ok job but that has been a couple years or so, have they changed in this time or do they just take a bad rap because they are aimed at the bling demographic?

like i said they arent real big here so i am not that familiar with them.
