You may have to do some splicing, but if you know the year, make, and model of the vehicle the new radio came out of, is it possible to find the plug for that radio at the Toyota dealer or even a salvage yard?

DAMNIT! Splicing was easy! The bad part is the 2 radio wiring started saying different hting like amp and this and that and and I got every thing hooked up and OOPS this cd changer tape player does not have an internal amp!! DOH! gotta go fish an amp out of the junk yard and back to the splicing board.
