Amp remote problem
ok so I have a boss amplifier with a built in subwoofer I installed a few weeks ago. My only problem is that I cant figure out how to get the remote wired correctly. My sub works but I have to detach the wiring everytime i turn off my car or it runs my battery dead. I believe I have my remote wired incorrectly. Any tip you guys can give me would definitely be appreciated.

Re: Amp remote problem
Hi,
Welcome to the forum,
What type of stereo do you have? It should have a wire labeled 'remote' that will control this for you.
If you're using the stock stereo, then another option is to wire it into an ignition controlled wire. Could be the same one that powers your deck.
