any input on these

Ok been planning new stuff but some of these, well most of this list I have no experience with so any input as the spl potential and clarity will be appreciated. I am looking at a single 15 set up. Have not decided on amp yet all depends really on my rms needs. These are ones I am debating cause they are all around same price.

As of now really leaning toward the DC or the IA so help me out please

I've had a DC Level 3 and it was legit. I'd emagine the Level 2 would be a good choice.

Actually meant to put lvl 3 not level 2. How much power were you runnin to it and were you sealed or ported?

I had it in a sealed. I had a Kicker KX amp on it and was running about 700RMS. It was the cleanest sounding subwoofer I have personally owned. It was no chump and it would lay down some bass. Had it been in a vented, it would have been even better for sure. It can handle quite a bit of clean power. I wouldn't hesitate putting 1000RMS of quality power to it. Two 12" on 2000RMS in a proper vented enclosure would be the titties in a daily.

My 10" RE SRI did a 140.3 db. If you want a lowered power system I'd pick up a 15" sri. They get loud and sound good.

Pretty much all the subs you've listed have solid reputations and would probably work well for you.
