50 car pile-up near my house pix included

Post by CaptainPioneer »

For those of you who live in the Northeast we have some ridiculous weather some times... Well we had some flash freezing yesterday it was raining but the ground was frozen so obviously that spelled disaster for us...

I get on the road and i notice that its like a war zone... cars are spun out everywhere and smashed up... I just keep going in my little Jetta TDI... then I notice at the bottom of the hill that its all blocked off with flairs and emergency vehicles...

Here is what was at the bottom of the hill:

Insurance companies are going to have a field day... lol I was lucky that I didnt leave 10 minutes earlier than I did or I would have been one of those cars for sure...

I think it's kind of funny that out of 46 people there we 6 dogs. who the f*ck drives around with their dogs? I never understood people who'd take their pets to the store, then leave them in the car to pee and poop every where.... GROSS!

Well if you look closely you'll see christmas tree's tied to some of the cars... on that road there is a Christmas Tree Farm that I used to work at as my first job...

Its very common to bring your dog with you when you go looking for a tree...

My dog never pees or poops in my car ever... mostly cause he is too stupid to do something like that...

Yeah, I noticed that. I also noticed the ice/rain... Nothing like that wet dog smell in your car.

Maybe I'm just weird when it comes to stuff like that??? Maybe it's because I have a strong dis-like for most dogs?

Anyways, I didn't men to hi-jack your thread.

*My best Peter Griff Voice* I bet there was at least one person there that had a pee fetish. See there, you have to look on the bright side things.

No HI-jack at all...

As far as collision shops in the area... here's the best part... That farm is very popular for new york drivers in the area and after they get done they often go down that way to get coffee and donuts from our "local" establishements... I'd be willing to bet that at least half of those cars were actually Ny drivers...
