New budget system (finally decided.)

What did you order from onlinecarstereo? If it already shipped you are lucky, there are some horrible reviews for that company if you google it...

I've had a few problems with them as well.. They are almost as bad as Wirefly.com... Thank God I've never had to deal with those guys...

OK, so this money I checked my account bounce athis morning and I noticed something was off, like there was around $175 bucks missing... EERRR!

So I pay the dollar to have a copy of my account history printed up. I then noticed there were a few different charges from online car stereo. So I went home and looked at my order.

It turns out the Boston Acoustic speakers are on back order (it pisses me off when companies don't know what they have)!

So I guess they canceled my original order (but haven't refunded the money yet) and charged me another 172.00 for just the amp.

What if I only had enough money in my account to cover the original purchase, the could over draw the f*ck out of somebody. I guess I should consider myself luck I DID have the money to cover it.

So now I have to email the ****ers and get my money returned. This is BULLSH*T!

I do not recommend anybody to order from them. I will get it taken care of, but it's a freaking hassle.

So now they owe me $209 dollars.

Bummer man, I really hate to hear about the hassle you are having.

Just as an idea, have you thought of sonic electronix?? I have ordered from them twice now and not nary a hitch.

I hope you get it taken care of.

I don't know what I'm doing now. I might just order some AB speakers. I haven't made up my mind.

I sent onlinecarstereo an email.

I ordered some speakers and an amp from you yesterday. After taking the payment from my account I guess you realized that the speakers were on back order, so you decided to cancel that order and charge my account for just the amp.... only one problem, you haven't returned my money from the original purchase. That move could of seriously overdrew my account and caused some serious problems for me, lucky for me I caught it in time and added money to my account.

I am contacting the Better Business Bureau if my money isn't returned by the end of the business day on 10-01-08. I have bills do and I would like to pay them, but because of you mistake I can't. I am a member of several car audio forums and will be writing reviews on how you handled this matter.

The order number is: XXXXXXXXXXXXX and you charged me $209 for the amp and speakers, then another $172 for the amp.

Thats why I like Pay Pal. It wont allow them to do things like they did to you.

Im calling in the morning for an update to that Massive amp. If theya re in I can have her hold me another one, just shout the word.

Also if your thinking about those AB speakers there is a minimum order I need to meet... So if its going to go that route I would need to pick up everything at once.

I'll probably just keep the Hifonics amp. It's been shipped, so I should get that... or an empty box. I ordered a lot of stuff from a few different internet dealers and have had good luck with all of them, except online car stereo. I've been f*cked over worse by store front dealers. I should of done some research. I will get my money back, I paid with my bank "mastercard", I'm pretty sure I can dispute it through them if I have to!

There are enough people on this website im sure that could have helped you out. But hopefully you get your coin back.
