Speaker mounting adapters
Is there a good place to pick up speaker mounting adapters for a 08 toyota tacoma? I have heard that it uses a odd size speaker from the factory and an adapter will be needed to mount 6.5 speakers.

Nice. I've thought about using those type of cutting boards. As they're not a ridiculously hard plastic, though they are. They don't flex but they don't crack either, so they're perfect for cutting and drilling. The exact plastic you'd want for speaker adapters.falkenbd wrote:Sure were..

used 2 3/8" boards per side to get a 3/4" adapter. Used some epoxy to hold em together and bolted em tight to the sheet metal on the inner door.
