actually the quote stems from a youtube video of some losers playing a video game and talking about power levels.. some guy goes on and on about how the level is OVER NINE THOOOOUUUUSAND!
It's stupid but it turned into a meme on 4chan then spread across the internet thanks to thousands of retar, er, /b/tards.

They canceled King of the Hill... Family Guy is still amazing and South Park needs to re-invent itself... I feel like the shows are in a pretty big downward spiral for the last year.
