Used Cars F/S on the Side of the Road

Post by NorthQuad »

I can't help myself. Everytime I see cars like this on the side of the road or in farmers fields, I just want them. You know fairly well that they're probably in rough shape but I think that's part of the reason for wanting them. To fix them up and totally make them yours. Sooner or later I'd like to snag a gem like one of these.

Nice. Trouble is the farmers want to much for them.

I had a '92 LX. It was only a 2.3l but it was a great car.

They were sitting about 2 football fields off the beaten path. I had to check'em out. A bitchy dog kept me from getting any closer though.

Really, I plan on taking pics of more cars on the side of the road. They're everywhere around here. Sadly, some are just wasting away sitting next to barns.

And some of them I've met just won't sell. Their yards are literally car junk yards and they won't part with any of them. It irritates me.

Yeah, I've dealt with people like that. Most of the time they are friendly, I've had people be real pricks about it to....

Yeah, it's not like I was ever really in the market for any of the cars they had. But it's just sad to see good cars turn to moss and rust.

I sometimes wish that I could buy some of the cars/trucks for cheap and sell them on ebay or something. There's always someone looking for cars to fix up.
