I know there are various opinions of this site. But what is the consensus view, Good, Bad, or Ugly??

Well I'm sure Terry will agree with me that as an authorized dealer (which many online places claim to be but are not)... Support your local dealer

Really wasnt looking to support them or anything, I have just heard mixed reviews and wondered what the general view was.

Well as a dealer I've heard all the horror stories about all kinds... Especially when people buy something online and then come to me for service assistance when they think they bought it through an authorized dealer and I can't help them.
