$450/mo is not average for a guy making less than $40k per year. That is over 20% of his take home income. Sorry, but that is exorbanant IMO. He could get that down to the $200 ~ $250 / month range with a good lawyer.

Yep, chit like that happens all the time. That bish will rot in hell for that crap. Dude can do nothing about it either. I hope he learned his lesson about giving bishes cash.

I was screwed over like that once myself. Not the exact same thing, but similar enough to say you just got to pay up and move on. Lesson learned the hard way.

hahahahaha $80K a year, I wish! hell I would take $40K a year...

At first they had her income computed at 0. That made my amount goto $490 a month, then another $116 a month for insurance if I dont have any... Plus 2% processing fee of course...

I got them to compute her at minimum wage.

The CSEA claims it takes almost $5875 a year to support the kid. Thats $113 a week. Before the processing fee Im paying $91 a week of it...

I dont think the lawyer can argue against what the CSEA claims its cost to raise a kid per year... At first they told me Im 100% responsible for it... hahahaha

My ex with my real kid... Now shes been a real treat lately... Same 'girl' Don has a kid with... Hows his life going? I think he just pays his support and doesnt see/care about the kid. Cant knock him, thats what im doing with my #2.

So you don't claim kid #2? :sad017:

$400 a month seems to be average around here. I believe that goes down with each kid though (as long as they have the same mom.)

I dont know how much you pay for kid #2 (the fake daughter?), but courts around here a-rape you when it comes to child support.

For kid #2, I'd just try and sign over my rights, it's just as well...

If $113 is the guideline amount and you are paying $91, that is 80% (not figuring in the processing fees). Now since you did not say exactly what you make, and I don't want you to, just have to figure some sort of ratio, let's say she is imputed at 33% and you are 66% of total income. That means you chould cover the 66% of $113 = $76 (with added 2% fees). Now I would bet that she could file for Medicaid for the kid since she has no income. I am not sure if that is the insurance at $116 you are talking about or not, but I never had to reimburse for that when my kids were younger and had Medicaid.

Also, they do make modifications from guidelines, it is called a deviation order. I know because I have one myself. The easiest way is to have her agree to the change. That is probably not likely. The other way is to have it decided in court. You will need a reason to deviate from guidelines. Mine was that my oldest son lives with me 100% of the time and then my 2 younger kids split time 50/50 between homes. They still wanted me to pay child support in that setup. I had to tell those bishes to check that sh!t.

:attitude

EDIT: Oh and I have no idea about Donny. Have never seen him since he left here years ago.

Yeah I have a shared parenting for my daughter.

#2's mom was already a welfare sucker, now shes just a sucker with more money- my money. lol

She wont agree to less money, she was after more...

My only salvation at this point is to get the support reduced due to my lack of work available.

Here's what I have learned from stories like this...

If you have a kid and things don't work out between you and the mom, you pretty much know you're going to get a-raped, you just have to pray they atleast use a little lube.

I do believe that whoever doesn't have the kid should have to pay child support, but the mom and dad should split the cost evenly...

How about if the parents act like adults. Taking the kids 50% of the time each. That way each parent contributes 50% in day-to-day child raising and expenses. When it comes time to buy clothes and school supplies, they act like adults and go to the store together and split the bill. Otherwise when one goes shopping, they compare receipts and make up the difference.

I grew up in this situation, and I wish my parents were civil towards each other when I was younger. It seems like it took them until I was in high school to pull their heads out of their @sses.

That would be a best case scenario, but when you have sex with some random chick and knock her up, you are risking that she will not be so lenient.

I am not saying that is what you did Ryan, but I know quite a few guys who put themselves in that exact situation.

Sounds like exactly what happened.

Bitching and moaning after the deed is done is useless. Regardless of what the consequences are you should know them before putting yourself in any situation.

I apply the same thinking to carrying a loaded firearm. If i have to use that i want to know every thing that could potentially happen if i am forced to use it. I study the ORC's and check for update's weekly. Taking life and creating life is the same really. Either way your ****ed.
