just so everyone is aware, this was a custom piece, not an off the shelf part. there is a reason for the delay, ill let michael handle it and the op has been contacted

Special order means they dont carry it in stock and they have to order it.

custom piece means they have to fabericate it for his car.

I wonder what kind of intake it is (what brand?) If it doesnt work out with Mike (which it sounds like it might now?) then check out ebay, they have a WIDE varity of intake systems.
