need help with speaker box

hey guys i need some help here .Math was not my subject in school so i need your help lol. I own 2 12inch duel 4 ohm kicker L7's and i email kicker for a vented box for my car and the info they gave me i need help breaking it down in size. Like what size do i need to cut each wood and how many pices i need. i would place the info here but the way they did it was made a picture of a box showing the front and the side of it and type number around it so if u have a email address so i can email u what they sent me that would help me out alot.

You should be able to attach the image to a post.

Like under the box you type in theres the submit/preview buttons.

Bellow them is a button called "manage attachments" Hit that and upload your picture.

If your using one amp use a common chamber.

Welcome to the world of car audio.

Now I see what your talking about.

Now someone could do all the work for you, I find it beneficial to teach the method though so it can be passed on.

The wood you will use is 3/4" MDF.

I find it easiest to draw boxes by hand in 3D, like cubes. Then I start figuring numbers out. Its simple addition/subtraction.

Im going to attach two pictures for your reference. One depicts the box in an exploded view so you can see all pieces. The second shows it assembled. You can see how the boards fit together. Where you use the numbers given and where you need to subtract the 3/4" from.

im sorry what u mean by common chamber i'll be useing a Cadence Z-7000 which is 1500 rms at 1ohm

o lol i can build a box i build like 4 of them its just when i build them im told what size each pice is so i know what to cut them out to but the way kicker put it out to me im a little confuse since math not my big subject

making it a common chamber would mean taking out that middle divider or center board in the picture kicker emailed you so that both subs are using the same air space, not seperate from eachother.

i c i thought u needed since kicker ask for it lol but if u really dont need it then cool so by looking at what i got what size u think the top back and bottom boards gonna be

are you going to or do you have room to build it to kickers specs?? If so just build it to their specs. Length x width x height.
