He paid $1800 for it just last year with no sound system, bald tires, and a few electrical problems... (A/C, Heater, Wipers, and Headlights were wired wrong)... All that's been fixed and has new Cooper Cobras on it (about 6-8 months old).
Still he knew it had those few lil problems and it books at retail average condition for $2400 today (his dad just didn't want him putting a whole lot more into it and thought he'd be better off with a reliable sedan... ended up getting him an 02 Taurus with only one owner and all dealer serviced).

I saw that link the other day when I googled it. I just wasn't sure if it was still you or not. Although I must say I didn't know of anyone else who would be doing the same thing LOL

It's not that... I just don't know when we'd have time to schedule anything the way it sits right now and we'll be doing everything a lil at a time... We've got tons of work lined up for us so all the house/ garage projects will have to be done in my free time.

I was just over at the new house yesterday taking some measurements in the basement and throwing up a dividing wall there between game area and utility area will be cake. They had already taken out a wall that was there when they waterproofed as the wood was starting to rot and they tied up all the wiring in the ceiling. As for the outside walls I'm just gonna buy that foam backed plastic board that just clips into place (similar to what you see on the commercials for the Owens Corning basement finishing system, but a lot cheaper if you do it yourself).

One of my buddies (some of you know Phatkid) just let me know that if I can find a way to move his shed then I can have it for FREE (My favorite price :D )... It's a wooden 8ft.x 10ft... Now I could just get this stupid snow to back off for a while I know a guy that hauls sheds, decks, etc. for cheap... And it only has to go about 2 miles :)
