Yeah it is pretty nice. I bought it new in 2003. What is really nice is that I only pay a subsidized mortgage of $450. It is only 1200 sq ft, but it also has a full 1200 sq ft basement. I rent out 600 sq ft of the basement + 1/2 garage to a friend of mine for $400 / mo. Plus he provides the DirecTV subscription with almost every channel including the NFL Ticket. So basically he pays about $500 / mo in true value to me.

Funny you say that, because I was close to asking him to move out. I was going to move my g/f in instead. I would say if she paid half, then that would be better than my current setup. You know, getting in-house pvssy and all.
