Jon's right, most of the time these things can be worked out just by sitting down and talking it out... You just have to remember to give each other room to blow off steam and give things time to calm down before attempting a rational conversation.
We used to have fights with our daughter's all the time, but we also had a very open dialog about everything, so they knew sometimes we'd get upset (but speaking as a parent, it's better than knowing nothing at all)... And sure at times we may have been overly critical with rules around the house, but after all it was our house so many times after they had time to cool down they could sit down with us and come up with a mutual agreement on things... You have to understand that your parents will always be parents even if you move out and will always worry, criticize, but if you keep an open line of communication, they will always be there for you too
Don't worry some day you'll be a parent in the same boat and look back... and if all goes well now, when you do you'll probably laugh
