The dumbest thing a Drug Addict can tell a Judge

This is a story from one of my best buddies from High School. He is a defense lawyer her in Oklahoma County and is very good at what he does. Only problem is sometimes he just can't win...this is one of those times.



This is a winner. I wrote about the dumbest things my clients have said. Well my client today, didn't just talk and say she has been doing PCP

Stupid stunt 1: She downright attempted to cover it up. With a fake urine dispenser. Yes she used a minature "bottle of shampoo" and made the urine yellow with a crayon (sunflower yellow...i don't know. I didn't ask). Then she attached melted red crayon on the tip so that when she "flexed" down there, It would come out.

Stupid stunt 2: She knows the testing procedures. She knows they check the trash before and after use. I guess she didn't want to keep it "on" her so she dispensed it into the trash...and denied it. Well the sample...let's talk about the sample...little yellow and red wax was floating in it...and the bottle...yellow and red wax on it.

Stupid stunt 3: I told her not to talk anymore and just give a true sample. I want to do some damage control. But no...she gave a sample and tested positive for opiates and PCP. Well, that was expected so we go to the judge...

She did what she did and now I have another stupid comment a criminal client would say to court.

"It's not true...if it was true it would have picked up everything...I'm surprised it did not pick up the cocaine and marijuana."

I was speechless and said "At this point your honor, it's better I just stay quiet."

That is funny, but altogether true as far as the stupidity of some of today's "rocket" scientists.............lol
