Well the next week of course she didnt have any of the money, so she begged him for just one more week and she could get it then... Seeing that she had 3 small kids he said ok, but I really HAVE to have it then...
Well another week goes by and he calls her and asked for the money, she told him that she had it, but her son was sick and in the hospital in STL and she was up there with him, that she wouldnt be home for a few days (another lie.)
A few days goes by and he knocks on the door, and the kids are screaming and running around the house, tv's on, but she wont answer the door...
So he leaves her a note telling her that he doesnt like to be used, and that she needs to pay him or leave the apartment...
She waits until he's at work and calls his house phone and says "you have to get me a 30 day notice before you can evict me!
When he gets the messege he goes over there and pounds on the door, she doesnt answer, so he leaves a note saying that he's contacting the police department.
So she keeps calling my sister, telling her that she cant believe that he's such an asshole, that he should give her more time, that she can catch up in a couple weeks when she gets her school check...
LOL, my sisters like, uhmmm, are you serious?
I think my sisters finally starting to come around.

My brother got put in jail like 2 months ago, and for whatever reason the housing authority didn't figure out he wasn't living there, well his ex-girlfriend was, and my dad gets a letter saying that they are gonna take EVERYBODY to court if they don't get their money, my mom contacts the housing authority to find out how much the rent is and if the ex is gonna pay her half or not, well the ex moved out a couple weeks ago, and left my dad and brother holding the bag on the whole rent, which it is almost 200.00 not much, but it still has to be paid.
