No just me,
Well we had a shop meeting today and I am a shop lead too lol. I talked to my shop manager on the low about it and he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I think me and richard just need to talk and work it out but if he didn't mind I'd use him as a last resort. I also told him if it didn't stop I was gonna start looking elsewhere in the meantime. He promoted me on the spot and basically told richard to listen to me as much as I have to listen to him.

We'll see how it works out

That's usually the goal.

I'd shoot for something like a 20% pay increase.

I make 14.75 I'm thinking about going for 20 now that they put more on me.

Thats a pretty good increase in pay...

20% is a huge raise in most cases a standard positional raise is 10% plus or minus 2 based on performance. Go online do some research for your estimated market value. What would be your actual title? head mechanic?

20% is a big bump, doesn't happen very often.
