Chevy Astro. Get the one with no windows though.
lower it, roll pan it, shave it, nice low profile spoiler on the rear, put a system in it, new stickies and chrome, paint it and beat the girlies off with a stick.

I've had 2, both had windows, were stock height, both had stock bumpers, no body mods to either, the audio was stock except of the head units...
