I just love the feel of the Glock, for me it's so comfortable and for my style of shooting (1 handed, sights horizontal for best accuracy in my case) the Glock felt more like an extension of my arm than a firearm... But like I said... That's just me and to each his own

Firearms
I guess it's just my own preference... My grandfather collected hand guns and growing up that's all I ever shot... Heck he had a 32 in my hand at the age of 5

Actually the Glock is the preferred firearm for most of the policeman up here... And many use the compact as a backup piece.Bwcad1 wrote:So your a wannabe thug?

I imagine you're referring to the way I shoot and not the gun itself... And obviously I can't do that with every handgun only the smaller calibur

Hey Bill... I had a chance to fire an xd 40 this weekend and although i am by no means a gun officianado (sp) all I can say is...
WOW... The thinig fits so nicely in my hand... I couldnt believe it... and it really has a great feel to it...
I hate to admit it... but i fired a H&K USP 40 as well and I felt like i had a better grip on the gun...
Only thing i would say is I was a little bit more consistent as far as accuracy goes with the H&K...
But the price comparison makes me probably want to go with the Springfield
