Sounds like a good old family whoopin is in order. Maybe that'll help them see it from your perspective.

Yeah, Ryan is right, shes a fatty.

I've lived with her before, we get along pretty well.

It sucks moving, but her rent is cheaper, and the electric bill there is ALOT cheaper. Plus, the apartment stays spotless.

I should save alot of money there, so the ranger should be getting a decent little system soon. Probably a couple 8's and some components.

Hell save up and look into foreclosures... That may be the route we go.
With people not paying on their taxes right now you can pick up mega cheap... we just had a $197K house around here go at sheriff sale for $6 grand... Wish I'da had the cash for that one... but will definately start lookin heavier once the R/T gets done and sold.

Yeah, renting seems like a waste of money.

I'll probably try buying something in the next 2 years.

yeah man renting is just throwing good money after bad. If you can handle it with your sis, move in with her and keep the bad feelings to a minimum. Like mike said this situation could cause hard feelings quick. It happend to me and my brother. I was paying him rent and he expected me to keep the house clean and the grass mowed all by myself. I didn't mind helping at all, but I sure wasn't gonna do it all. It ain't a good place to be!!
